1. THE SHOPPING CART
Our shopping cart is hosted with Miva Merchant. Miva is the fore runner in
secure shopping. The latest security technology is in place to keep your

2. WEBSITE ORGANIZATION
Some glasses, as you will find while surfing through FullSpectrumEyewear.Com,
appear in more than one eyeglass category. This is because
these glasses have been found to serve well in more than one
application. They need this exposure to reach the broadest audience
possible and to enable said eyewear to realize their maximum potential.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
All packages are sent via USPS First Class mail. We ship daily Monday thru Friday
except holidays. Most orders go out within 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your order
within 72 hours, we will notify you of such.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
All initial orders mailed to US Military Addresses are shipped free of charge.
We do this as a service to our customers who are serving our country and to
their families. Shipping to addresses in the US and Canada is 4.99. For all
International addresses, the cost of shipping is $8.99. Please see our policy on shipping charges for exchanges and returns below.
5. CARRYING CASES
All glasses & goggles, whenever feasible, come with their own bag or pouch,
so you don't need to purchase additional cases.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
At this time we only accept Visa, Master card, American Express, or Discover. We
receive quite a few requests for bank transfer payments. Regrettably, we cannot accept bank transfers for any order,
no matter the amount. If your mailing a payment, please use secure registered mail
with delivery confirmation. Money orders are treated the same as cash and
processed immediately. Checks must clear before the product is mailed. This
generally takes 2-3 business days.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will gladly process international orders. The cost for international shipping is just $8.99.
Please note that international orders cannot exceed $75.00. You may also mail
cash, check or money order to the mailing address listed above. If your mailing
a payment, please use secure registered mail with delivery confirmation. Money
orders are treated the same as cash and processed immediately. Checks must clear
before the product is mailed. This generally takes 2-3 business days.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy exchange anything that does not work out for you.
All exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original order. All we ask is that you make sure the item is in new condition, and your
original order invoice is included--we cannot process an order without it.
Also, please circle the item that you are exchanging and write a brief note
explaining what you would like to exchange the item for. Such as "please
exchange for KD with Purple Lens" or "please exchange for clear lens".
Please include payment in the amount of $3.00 for re-shipment of your order.
